Strict Eligibility Requirements:

  • Age Verification: All recipients must be 21 years of age or older with a valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) at the time of delivery. This is non-negotiable California law.
  • Sobriety: The recipient must be sober and appear capable of understanding the transaction.
  • Location: Deliveries will only be made to a physical address. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, hotel rooms without prior arrangement, or public spaces like parks or street corners.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Windows

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed and approved before 6:00 PM PST will be processed for same-day delivery, subject to driver availability and routing. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.
  • Delivery Hours: Our standard delivery hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST, seven days a week. Deliveries outside these hours are not available.
  • Delivery Timeframes: We provide an estimated delivery window after your order is confirmed and assigned to a driver. While we strive for punctuality, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, and the number of stops on a route. You will receive live tracking updates via text message.

3. Delivery Process & Requirements

To ensure a smooth, legal, and secure transaction, our drivers follow a strict protocol:

  1. Arrival Notification: Your driver will contact you via phone or text upon arrival at the delivery address.
  2. Mandatory ID Check: The recipient must personally meet the driver and present a valid, physical ID. The ID will be scanned electronically by our compliant software to verify age and validity. We cannot accept photos of IDs or digital IDs from a smartphone wallet.
  3. Payment & Receipt: Payment is collected at the door. The driver will provide a printed receipt for your records. Please inspect your items before the driver departs.
  4. Discreet Packaging: All products are delivered in sealed, smell-proof, and unmarked bags or containers to ensure privacy.

Important: The delivery must be received by the person who placed the order or a designated, verified adult at the delivery address. The driver cannot leave products unattended (no “drop-offs”). If the driver cannot complete the verification process, the delivery will be canceled, and a restocking fee may apply.

4. Delivery Fees & Minimum Order

  • Delivery Fee: A standard delivery fee of $7.99 is applied to all orders. This fee may be waived during special promotions, which will be clearly advertised.
  • Minimum Order: A minimum purchase of $50.00 (before tax and fees) is required for all delivery orders.
  • Express Delivery: We do not currently offer an expedited “express” delivery option. All deliveries are routed for efficiency within the stated windows.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient’s unavailability, incorrect address, inability to provide valid ID, or apparent intoxication, the following will occur:

  1. Our team will attempt to contact you to reschedule.
  2. If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be canceled and returned to our facility.
  3. A refund for the products will be issued, minus a 15% restocking/cancellation fee to cover logistical costs. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.

6. In-Store Pickup (Alternative)

For faster service or if you are outside our delivery zone, you may select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
